Great Product, Great Customer Service

I have been ordering all natural cork tags for the past several years and love adding them to my finished pieces. I always receive compliments on how professional they make my items look. The customer service is also top notch. My most recent orders contained custom designs which were quite similar. Unfortunately when I received the orders, the same design was used on both orders. I contacted the company and they immediately created and sent out a new batch of the correct design at no charge. I will continue to order tags from The Velvet Season and recommend to anyone who is looking for a source for these.
