Because most of the items are made-to-order and custom-made we do not accept returns.

REFUND POLICY

In the event, when a refund has to be processed, fully or partially, here is some information on what to expect next:

Refunds:

Current processing time for each refund is 3 - 5 business days from the date of request. If or when approved, refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval. Please note, it may take an additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned / refunded, such as:

  • "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" items
  • Custom Orders
  • Gift cards
  • All shipping costs and handling fees
